phone answers - then you choose appointments - then you wait - and wait and wait - 26 minutes - why let the automated answer if you are not available to take the call. 26 minutes and then an appointment the following week. last time was on hold for 20 minutes - and then got cut off. most frustrating when all you want is an appointment.

My wife and I have been looked after well by Park Surgery and Dr Tariq. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I would not go any where else.

I was a patient before this practice moved to the current location (previously North Street). Over the years this practice has developed into a first class Medical Centre. The facilities they offer a second to none in the Horsham area. I have a very high opinion of their service delivery in all areas apart from the difficulty, on occasions, to get a timely appointment booked with my own GP. This is likely as a result of the large patient numbers that this practice has registered with them.
